Instagram to introduce new feature for adding photos and videos on people’s post

—

Head of Instagram, Adam Mosseri, says Instagram is in the process of testing an innovative feature that could change the way users share content.
The new feature includes an ‘Add to post’ button conveniently located in the bottom left corner of the carousel post.
When this option is activated, users can simply tap on the button to upload their favorite photos and videos to the post.
This new functionality is set to foster even greater creativity and collaboration among Instagram’s vast user base.
Instagram has been making several updates and enhancements in recent years, and this latest feature is another step in the platform’s efforts to provide users with more interactive and engaging ways to share their experiences.
While the collaborative carousel posts are currently in the testing phase, they could soon become a standard feature, enhancing the way users create and interact with content on Instagram.
