Justice Bolarinwa Babalakin is dead

Justice Oyegoke Bolarinwa Babalakin has died.

The retired Justice of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, died on Saturday morning aged 94

He is expected to be buried at his Gbongan, Osun State, country home according to Islamic rites.

A devout, the late Justice Babalakin was an active member of the Ansarudeen Society of Nigeria.

He was also a former president of the Muslim Ummah of South-West Nigeria.

He is survived by children and grand children, including Dr. Bolanle Babalakin (SAN).
