“This is what we call gainful collaboration between government and citizens. It must be noted that the government cannot be everywhere and therefore, we need the support of our people to rid our society of crime.
“The mother of the 14-year old girl had informed us that her daughter is missing and with the description she gave, the vigilante began to look for the girll and eventually, we found the girl.
”The government of the day is committed to addressing all these vices in the state and ensuring that all human traffickers are ousted from the state,” she said.

Obinabo noted that the Ministry took the 14-year-old girl to the hospital after she started seeing spots on her inner wears and complained of pains in her waist region and confessed that she took a medication given to her by a local nurse in the area.

She also said the government will go after the said nurse to find out what she gave to the girl, so as to know how to provide medical support to her.
