2024 Copa America: Argentina Set to Defend Title After Victory Over Canada to Reach Final

World Cup winner and Copa America holder Argentina has triumphed over Canada by 2-0 as they set to defend the title.

Alvarez and Lionel Messi’s strikes were enough to end Canada’s historic dream. Messi was voted man of the match despite doubts about his availability for the team due to injury.

To defend the title, Argentina will battle either Uruguay or Colombia in the final.
