Justin Bieber lashed out at a fan while arriving at a concert in Barcelona.

The gig goer saw Justin Bieber arriving in his chauffeur-driven car and ran up to the moving vehicle, leaning in to touch the star’s face through a rolled down window, according to TMZ.

As the car continued to move, Justin, 22, can be seen in a video responding by punching the fan, who recoils in pain.

In the video the fan can be seen holding his face immediately after the incident, and he later approaches the camera with blood running from his mouth, clearly in shock.

Bieber was performing in the city as part of the European leg of his Purpose tour.

Last month he angered fans when he stormed off stage during a gig when they refused to stop screaming to allow him to talk.

It’s also not the first time Bieber has reacted badly to fans getting too close to him. He cancelled several meet and greets after fans insisted on hugging him, leaving them to meet a cardboard cut out. He later posted a message online saying that fans had been overstepping the mark which was having a negative effect on his mental health.

He also attacked a photographer who got too close when he was on a date with girlfriend Selena Gomez. Jose Osmin Hernandez Duran sued the star claiming he leapt out of a car and hit him.

Reps for Justin Bieber have been contacted for comment.
